6. Create exact actions and habits that you will implement, starting today, to support this goal of increased wealth. You may only need to take a few actions. This is not rocket science. For some of you, it may be simply be a matter of creating accountability. You already know what to do. For some, it may be about creating an entirely new relationship with money. Hi Nick, This is actually quite a COMMON pbrloem when people use the Law Of Attraction. The Law Of Attraction states that what we constantly focus on, we get. However, that’s NOT the full story and there are a number of ADDITIONAL laws besides just the Law Of Attraction we need to understand. One of the most important other laws is the Law Of Detachment. What it means is in order to successfully attract what we want, we have to be detached from the outcome. So, sometimes when you think that what you got isn’t what you had been focusing on, it’s likely it wasn’t what the universe had intended for you to get(even though you thought it was). There might be something better that the universe has waiting in store for you. Say you were focusing on a new job. When you got a call for an interview and they didn’t end up hiring you, you got disappointed. But, if you go with the Law Of Detachment, you’ll understand that maybe that job would not have been right for you, and that another BETTER job might be on it’s way to you. It’s been shown that our Subconscious mind is responsible for creating our reality. Our Subconscious is much greater in power than our waking conscious mind. Sometimes our logical mind thinks that we didn’t directly get what we focused on, but we have to be detached and realize that it may have something even better in store. As far as thinking and focusing on something and it doesn’t happen at all, there are usually 3 main reasons for this. One, maybe what you want isn’t right for you and could cause you pbrloems later, though your waking mind might not realize it. But your Subconscious is holding it back from you. Two, what you want is being wanted by too many other people or is too complicated to manifest. An example of the former is if you were trying to win a sweepstakes contest with a lot of people entering. Everyone focuses on winning the final prize but only ONE person can win. An example of the latter is if you were back 300 years trying to manifest going to the moon. At that time, it would’ve been too complicated a task to accomplish. Those are just some examples. A third and rarely explained reason why what you focus on doesn’t happen at all, is because you are thinking about it TOO MUCH. The most efficient way to use the Law Of Attraction is to go through the process of focusing on it, and then LET IT GO by completely putting it out of your mind. Far too often, people will think about what they want, and then keep thinking about it all through the day. Truth is, if you’re thinking about what you want all throughout the day, it’s not the correct way. There are periods where you have to take your mind OFF OF IT for your Subconscious mind to do it’s work. Think of it this way. Even a bodybuilder can’t be lifting weights constantly throughout the day. There are periods where he has to let his muscles relax. So even though the Law Of Attraction says what you focus on, you get, that’s true BUT NOT the whole story. You have to utilize the Law Of Detachment and give your waking mind a REST by NOT focusing on what you want too much. Your Subconscious mind controls all your involuntary functions such as breathing, digestion, hair growth, etc it is actually working on bringing your desire to you at the times when your conscious waking mind is NOT thinking about what you want(even though you don’t see the process). Every thought has energy and it vibrates on certain frequency. That means if a thought is repeated knowingly or unknowingly, it creates vibrations which the brain sends out to the Universe. You make an excellent point about how we can sometimes make ‘money’ the how as there are lots of ways we can experience the things we think can only come through money. That is great you have a routine that makes you feel good…that repetition is often a key to really reconditioning our minds. That makes perfect sense and is exactly what we want to accomplish…feeling the feelings now as if what we want is already here.

Consult your Inner Money Guru. Everyone has an inner wisdom that we can tap at will. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes, quiet the internal noise, take deep breaths, and then ask your Inner Money Guru (or whatever yours is called) what she/he would like you to know about how to get what you want. Your answer may come instantly or later, but know that you will get an answer. Listen to what it says!
There are many reasons why some don't have the abundance of finances that they wish. Cignacco makes the point that really it begins with the purpose of having money that determines a great deal of what we can get and what we can do with it. If you are looking to money for the answer to problems then maybe the first thing to examine is how would having money change your situation? Then we have to start looking at what we're doing to make what we desire a reality. Are we saving or splurging, being reasonable with our purchases and choices or letting money just fall from our hands? All of this plays a part in what we get and what we're able to do with it.
In simple terms, it’s because our belief systems are what drives our behavior. In the case of lottery winners, as soon as anything disrupts the status quo, i.e. they win the lottery, their subconscious mind – which holds these beliefs about their relationship to money – sets about putting matters “right”, i.e when they seem to have “too much” money, their subconscious quickly and effectively makes them dispose of it.

Doreen Virtue shares a visualization where you imagine walking into the control room of your life, where you see an operating board containing all the dials and buttons for every aspect of your life. Find the lever marked “money,” notice where it's set between Poverty and Prosperity, and move the lever to where you want it to be. Anytime you need to go back you can check its setting and adjust as needed. (Even consider putting it in the “locked” position so you don't have to keep coming back.)
Esther Hicks says that when you are focusing on gratitude, you often still have some focus on the struggle or what you don’t want. For instance, if you are grateful that you just made enough money to pay your bills, you are always focused on the fact that you barely made enough money to pay your bills. That causes you to have a lower vibration where it’s hard to attract what you do want into your life.
The book presents familiar material about the Law of Attraction but adds further clarity. Moreover, there is a section about speeding up the manifestation process with heart energy which was new to me and that was refreshing. The author offers helpful meditations and exercises, some of which are also new for me. I enjoyed this book and found it to be very helpful.

Maybe you have tons of bills to pay, and you don’t know how you’re going to come up with the money. Therefore, you walk around thinking about how you don’t have enough money and what’s going to happen to you if you don’t get the money. This thinking fuels an uncomfortable feeling state that attracts more debt instead of your intention to attract more money.
The way you feel is what does the attracting. Your feelings are placing your order to the universe’s catalog of worldly possessions. If you set the intention to have more money, but are feeling lack, you’re putting an order in to feel more lack. Therefore your intention to get more money won't be fulfilled. You'll actually be delivered more of the circumstances that give you the feeling of lack.
If you want to manifest money, you CANNOT believe that money is a power source. Money cannot give you wealth or abundance or happiness. It really can’t give you anything. Money just sits there — all the power comes from you. If you believe that having more money will give you any additional power at all, then you’re actually holding the vibe that says, “I’m too weak to attract money.”
Great book. The techniques are very helpful. Like a lot of LOA books there's a lot of material. I've personally seen my finances grow after reading this book and I currently have much more in the bank than I had before I started the techniques. I honestly haven't done all the techniques like I want to and my finances have still grown. I'm looking forward to incorporating more techniques in my life and seeing my finances grow further.
If you choose an amount that feels way out of reach, make it smaller. If the amount you have chosen feels too small and that you will still be wishing you had more money after it comes,  then make it bigger. Most importantly, whatever amount of money you are choosing to have, mean what you say. For each of the goals, ask yourself what is your level of belief that it would be manifested in the next 10 days. In case, your belief is not at level 8 or above, then scale down the size of the goal.
